Ribes leather was launched in Gislaved 1976 by Bengt and Ulla-Britt Ripheden. The business moved to Öland 1977.

Since 1982 we are situated in Karlevi on the south of the island, along road 136 towards Ottenby, just by Ribes road to the village of Karlevi .

With our big knowledge in the handcraft and timeless design our products has grown very popular.

Handbags, brief-cases, belts, toilet cases.

By working together with hunters we have made our whole selection of hunting-accessories, for example cartridge belt, cases and rifle-straps.

In our leather-factory we can make almost anything in leather, hide, plastic and fabric.

We can also help firms with different subcontract work. Cutting out, punching, riveting, sewing and designing just to give you some examples.

Most of our products goes to wholesale dealers, businesses and shops, but also direct to consumers through our factory-shop in Karlevi.

Because of costs we have stopped our internet-shop and refer costumers to our retailers around the country.
